Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx or the local courier depending on the shipping address provided. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for shipping.

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom, United States, Italy, Australia, Shanghai or Singapore depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to deliver your items to you faster.

We provide Free 24H Shipping via Royal Mail to our customers in the UK.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to help you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been generated.
